Jason Hekl

Jason joined Coupa Software two years ago with nearly 15 years of enterprise software experience and has led the marketing function for what has become the fastest-growing provider of e-procurement software available on the market today. In that time, he has worked with dozens of customers, each with a unique experience employing software-as-a-service technology to practice smarter spending and
realise greater savings.

Prior to joining Coupa, Jason was Vice President of corporate marketing at InQuira, a provider of knowledge management software,
where he was responsible for all corporate marketing initiatives, including demand generation, messaging, and marketing communications and helped grow revenues nearly ten-fold over a four year period. Before joining InQuira, Jason held positions in product management, alliances and sales at Siebel Systems and InSystems Technologies.

Jason earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and a
Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Delaware. He is a frequent speaker and author on
marketing, customer service and cloud spend management topics and has been quoted in numerous publications, including Purchasing.com, Procurement Insights, Chain Store Age, DMNews, Customer Interaction Solutions and CRMGuru.com.
