Simon is a Partner in IBM's Operations and Supply Chain consulting business. He leads IBM’s procurement practice. Simon has worked with international private sector and public sector companies to drive performance improvements and reduce costs. Simon had led the transformation of a number of large procurement organisations that has incorporated organisation restructuring, process improvement and the use of technology.
