Marketing Inserts

Inserts will be printed for use in the event’s marketing campaign. There is an opportunity for one exhibitor to have a logo on the inserts, thereby achieving total market saturation. We include inserts into associated magazine publications and are also mailed by the exhibitors to their clients and prospects. 

Pre-registration Mailer

Part of the pre-event direct marketing campaign consists of mail outs sent to Revolution Event’s unique database relevant to eWorld visitor communities. 

Sent in waves, this is a personalised mailer, and consists of event information, seminar programme and bespoke letter written according to the readers job function.

We can therefore offer four opportunities for exhibitors to have a logo and fifty word detail on the Mailer giving your company prominent branding to thousands of core customer management decision makers.

eWorld Advertising Campaign

With adverts placed in key industry magazines over the event’s marketing campaign, there is an exclusive opportunity for a single exhibitor to have a logo and branding on every advert Revolution Events places over the campaign. This opportunity offers tremendous advertising power without much relative cost or effort, reaching a large number of prospective buyers.

Logo on badge letter

Exclusive to one sponsor. One company has the opportunity to supply a promotional message or visual to be included in the visitor badge mailing. The sponsor will have their logo printed onto the badge letter that is sent to all pre-registrants (forecast to be approximately 1,500) in the final 1-2weeks prior to the event. This is the final piece of eWorld posted collateral before the event takes place and a great way to have your logo in front of the attendees in the final days prior to the event. You are ensured to reach a target of people who have expressed a keen interest in procurement and supply chain technology.

Insert in visitor badge mailing

Exclusive to one sponsor, this mailer goes to all pre-registered visitors. The exhibitor is expected to supply the inserts by a specific deadline.  A sample of the insert is to be supplied to Revolution Events for approval.  

E-mail sponsorship

Four opportunities available.  Sponsorship of each e-mail will be sold separately. The sponsor supplies their logo, fifty words text and a hyperlink to their own web site, email response etc.

Web-site banner advertising

Two opportunities available.  Each banner advert will be sold on an exclusive basis unless otherwise stated. The sponsors are to supply the banner adverts according to the technical specifications supplied and need to include their URL for linking through to their own web site. 

Event Guide Advertisement

We have limited availability for adverts in our Event Guide, which include half page, A4 page and back page at varying costs.
 

EXPOSURE DURING THE EVENT

Conference Delegate Bags

One of the most visible forms of on-site branding opportunities that we have available, that are distributed free from our event registration to every visitor, are the conference delegate bags, used to collect literature and carry them away from the event. The two options are for the sponsor to supply the bags or for Revolution Events to organize production. Distributed from the event entrance, we recommend that a member of staff is on hand for distribution and the sponsor may also provide branded tops (optional) for the staff to wear to ensure added visibility in the entrance. Subject to approval by Revolution Events.  Please note Revolution Events reserves the right to sell a maximum of 4 inserts to contracted exhibitors. 

Inserts in Event Bags

A maximum of 4 inserts are available to be inserted into the event bags. The sponsor is responsible for supplying the stated number of inserts by the agreed deadline. The inserts are to be no larger than A4 in size and design to be approved by Revolution Events. 

Registration Area Branding

One company has the exclusive opportunity to brand the entrance in association with eWorld and Revolution Events Information. The sponsor will have 2 logos located at agreed points within the entrance registration area. The sponsor is to supply Revolution Events with their logo.
 
Feedback Form

An opportunity for your company name and logo to be seen by all delegates in attendance on our feedback forms.

Messaging System

Simply select your top 50 target delegates from the pre-registration list and choose a personalised message that you would like them to receive as soon as they arrive at eWorld.

When these delegates arrive and swipe their badge, your chosen message will be displayed on a screen at registration. This could be “Congratulations, you have won … visit our stand to collect your prize” or whatever incentive you chose - and is a great opportunity to use eWorld’s unique messaging system to meet your top 50 prospects before your competitors.

Lanyards

Given to every delegate and exhibitor, your name and/or logo can be printed onto our lanyards, or you can organise your own to be used at the event.

Delegate Pens

Sponsor pens that will be made available for all delegates. A sure way to get your company name and logo back on to their desk!

Chair drop opportunity at Keynote Sessions

You may choose to sponsor one of our three chair drop opportunities at our keynote sessions. 

Refreshment Sponsorship

Sponsor our arrival and mid morning refreshments on both days of the event with the following:

  • A4 tent cards with “Refreshments kindly sponsored by” branding around the room.
  • Sponsorship listing in the Event Guide and on the Web Site.

Lunch Sponsorship

An opportunity exists for one company to sponsor the lunch on both days of the event with the following:

  • A4 tent cards with “Lunch kindly sponsored by” branding around the room.
  • Sponsorship listing in the Event Guide and on the Web Site.


Drinks Reception / Panel Debate

Following our successful revised Panel Discussion at our last event we will be combining the end of play Panel Debate with a VIP drinks reception at the end of the first day. An opportunity exists for one company to sponsor the reception with the following promotion:

  • A seat on the exclusive Panel.
  • “Drinks reception kindly sponsored by….” branding around the room.
  • Sponsorship listing in the Event Guide and on the Web Site.
  • Your company literature on every seat at the debate.
  • Opportunity to distribute branded items (napkins/coasters etc)
