The eWorld supplier packages are specifically designed to offer the most effective combination of speaking and exhibit opportunities to capture the mind-share of our pre-qualified audience of around 800 Senior Buyers and Decision Makers.
The package includes direct involvement in the conference programme through a dedicated seminar/case-study presentation, a fully-fitted stand, web site presence and your own copy of the full delegate list.
Sponsors include technology companies offering internet-based supply chain / procurement solutions & services to the corporate and public sectors, providers of electronic marketplaces and web enabled trading hubs.
The eWorld Package
Pre-Event:
- Delegate Mailings & eMail Shots: Company name included on event collateral prior to the event and in email shots to registered delegates.
- Event Planner: Company name, seminar title and description included in this key promotional piece, which is sent to all registered delegates prior to the event (also available on-line). The Event Planner details the full programme for the day, including keynotes and vendor seminar sessions. Delegates will use the Planner to pre-book their personal itinerary for the day, which means that every vendor knows exactly who has booked to attend their individual seminars.
- Event Web Site Advertising: Full Company listing together with a direct link through to your own site.
- Seminar Support: Based on our post event delegate research we are able to offer advice & guidance on the best approaches and what topic areas are currently of interest to delegates.
During Event:
- Speaking Opportunities x 2: On both days of the event an executive from your organisation will have the opportunity to present a 30-minute presentation to a pre-booked audience of relevant delegates. The eWorld format is seminar-based and consists of vendor presentations dovetailed with Keynote material. eWorld is free of charge to the pre-qualified senior delegates who are personally invited via direct mail and telemarketing.
- Exhibit Space: Your Company will host a fully-inclusive standard sized exhibit booth to act as a meeting point, gather specific leads, qualify delegate needs and create brand awareness. (All breaks, lunch and refreshments are taken in the exhibit area, which is situated at the heart of the event.)
- Literature Distribution: Opportunity to distribute literature at your seminar presentation and stand.
- On-Site Event Guide: Full listing in the Event Guide which is distributed to all delegates on-site.
- eWorld Meetings: Private meeting facilities available to your Company on request.
- On site Data Capture: The Platinum package for eWorld includes an on site data capture machine.
Post Event:
- Guaranteed Leads: For any delegates that you miss, vendors are supplied with the full delegate list (name, organisation, address and telephone) on soft copy after the event. The list also includes all pre-registered delegates who did not attend and email addresses for any delegate attending your seminar session.
- Seminar Feedback: Access to post-event delegate research & seminar feedback to help you maximise the effectiveness of your presentations.
